Adam Drewnowski

Adam Drewnowski is director of the Center for Public Health Nutrition, and professor of epidemiology and medicine at the University of Washington, where he also directs the Center for Obesity Research. His research addresses the impact of taste, cost, and convenience on food preferences and eating habits, and current disparities in health status. He also focuses on environmental, economic and policy issues in obesity prevention
