Pritzker serves on the boards of Royal Caribbean Cruises LTD and Trans Union. He is also a founding member and chairman of the board of Bay City Capital, LLC, a merchant bank specializing in life sciences. He is a member of the Business Council, a national organization of CEOs. Pritzker is chairman of the board of the Art Institute of Chicago and a member of the board of the University of Chicago. He has also organized the Pritzker Neurospsychiatric Disorders Research Consortium, a collaborative research effort into the genetic basis of psychiatric disorders.
