Rodney Walker

is the founder of Forever Life Music & Video Productions and a business student at Morehouse College. Walker is 18, from Chicago, and the son of a Vietnam vet and heroin addict. He was put in the foster-care system at age 5 along with ten of his siblings. After years of shuffling from one house to another, at 17, Walker decided to move back in with his parents, who live in Chicago�s worst housing project. This decision led the Department of Child Services to cut his benefits, including academic help. Despite all odds, Walker forged a new future for himself and did not end up in gangs or jail like many of his brothers and sisters. He was taught the necessary skills to start and operate a business. He stayed in school and graduated with honors. This past semester at Morehouse, he made the Dean's list.
